Our drivers check shuttles after each shift for personal items that may have been left behind. If you think you’ve lost something on our shuttle, you can contact Lost and Found at the following number: (coming soon!)

We offer a program to member riders called “Emergency Ride Home” (ERH), which acts as “commuter insurance”. Commuters using a sustainable mode of transportation (like the shuttle!) are able to use a ERH voucher to get home in the event of an emergency. Learn more at LowerMysticTMA.com

Yes! Our shuttle is ADA accessible.

Yes, our shuttle has a bike rack similar to MBTA buses that you can secure before boarding.

We are working with DPV, our shuttle provider, to create a user-friendly app that you can use to see where the shuttle is in real time. Our drivers will stick to our schedule as best they can, but traffic and weather can cause delays along the way.
